ANY assistance and confrontation to a rising epidemic in our world
today should be valued by ALL who have been impacted by it's

The first step is to acknowledge this is a problem, which you have done
so well done. The second step is to continue to realise this is a
problem because as the cravings hit we tend to start rationalising away
the problem thinking it is not so bad.

You need to form a real plan on how to avoid the problems and also how
to dig deep inside yourself to find the root causes of your needs to
use porn in such huge amounts. You are a teenager though so your
hormones are going to play a massive part more than older men and women
so do not fret too much.
